MANAGEMENT WITH 1% INCOME TAX
Allocation of part of the income tax to the Cornelius Company by taxpayers.
A resident taxpayer may request that up to 1% of the income tax assessed under the law governing income tax, from the income included in the annual tax base, be allocated to financing beneficiaries of donations, which are non-governmental organizations, political parties, representative trade unions and registered churches and other religious communities. If the income tax assessed is 0 EUR, the amount of the donation is also 0 EUR.
If he does not decide to donate his income tax, his income tax will automatically be returned to the Budget of the Republic of Slovenia.
A request to allocate a portion of your income tax for donations can be submitted at any time via the eDavki system, or by printing the form: Request for allocation of income tax , filling it out and sending it to the competent tax office or by mail to: CORNELIUS ASSOCIATION, Mali Lipoglav 82, 1293 Šmarje Sap, SLOVENIA, or you can also send the scanned document by e-mail to the Association's address.
